1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Health Mind AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and cease use immediately.

2. Description of Service

Health Mind AI provides:

• AI-powered analysis of medical reports and prescriptions
• Doctor and lab appointment booking
• Medicine reminder management
• Personal health record storage (Health Vault)
• AI health assistant (chat)
• Medical ID and emergency profile

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use at contact@healthmindai.in
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms

4. User Obligations

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent health information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or tamper with the app or its servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or content
• Use automated tools to scrape data from the app
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written permission

5. Health Information & Medical Disclaimer

All content provided by Health Mind AI, including AI-generated report analysis, health tips, and assistant responses:

• Is for informational and educational purposes only
• Does NOT replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Should NOT be used to delay or disregard seeking medical advice
• May contain errors — AI analysis accuracy is not guaranteed

6. Appointment Booking

• We facilitate connections between users and healthcare providers; we do not employ doctors or labs
• We are not responsible for the quality of care provided by any doctor or lab
• Appointment cancellations must be done within the app before the scheduled time
• Refund policies for paid bookings are governed by our Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the Health Mind AI app are owned by or licensed to Javed Ahamed / invia.co.in. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Health Mind AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for actions or omissions of healthcare providers booked through the app

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Health Mind AI, its officers, employees and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. You may request account deletion at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
